In the framework of the Transdanube Travel Stories project, the DANUBE TRAVEL CHALLENGE campaign is launched to promote sustainable tourism and sustainable travel for individual tourists. The campaign will also promote new narratives on the Danube as well as the routes geared to the 6 different topics: Europe, Nature, Roman Empire, Arts & Culture, Trade, and Spirituality.
The application form is open until April 30, 2022! A short application video (max. 2 min) is required by which participants need to explain why should they be a part of the DANUBE TRAVEL CHALLENGE.

DANUBEPARKS is responsible for trail #2: Returning to the Last Danube (topic: Nature). Together with project partners and agency LINKING BRANDS, DANUBEPARKS has come up with various exciting experiences within our Protected Areas.
Hotels and routes are taken care of beforehand – this means that participants can relax and do not have to plan the travel route themselves.
During the trip, participants will take part in a few small photo challenges as experiences need to be shared with the general public. Before the trip, participants will receive a detailed briefing outlining all links and hashtags to prepare them as best as possible.
